Adding texture properties in Nifskope

This is just one of those annoying things that sometimes happen when you export a mesh as Collada.

If you load your new nif into Nifskope and notice it has no texture property then you will have to add it by hand.

Don't panic it's easy.

This is basically what you will be presented with in nifskope. Your nif. Bereft of a NiTexturingProperty.

Now we're going to add one the quick way.

Press Ctrl + N. This will open a new Nifskope window. In this new window just open up any nif you like.

Open it up and find the NiTexturingProperty as above here and right click, Block -> Copy Branch.

Now go back to your new nif, hi-light the NiTriShape with the missing property and do the same again only paste instead of copy.

Repeat the paste into each NiTriShape that's required and then point them all to the correct texture you wish to use in the nif.

And just in case that came out dumb. Here's a video!
